This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB / T 1.1- -2020, Guidelines for Standardization Work- -Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents.

This document is proposed and implemented by the Emergency Management Department of Guangdong Province.

This document is under the control of Guangdong Provincial Technical Committee of Safety Production Standardization (GD / TC 81).
